High Tech Customer Service Hasn't Died After All....

Sunday, January 21, 2007
What are the odds that you could

1. not remember the email password that you've had for about eight years -- even though you can remember or otherwise retrieve every non-important password you've ever created during your ten years online
2. reluctantly phone your ISP on a Saturday, knowing that the office is closed, and leave a message asking that someone call you back with your password on Monday
3. get a phonecall back within 5 minutes from the head of technology services, providing you with your password and asking you if there is anything else they can do to help?

Pretty slim, huh? But it happened to me yesterday, which is why I will never in a million years move my Internet business from this company. They rock when it comes to customer service.
